Aumento de tráfico de referral el 31 de Agosto en Analytics.

El pasado martes, día 31 de Agosto de 2010, se produjo un error en el tracking de Google Analytics y un % de las visitas de orgánico se contabilizaron como referral de google. El error se ha producido en todos los dominios de google (.es, com,,…).

Para ver el error deberéis ir a Google Analytics -> Fuentes de tráfico -> Sitios web de referencia y aquí podréis ver el aumento de todos los dominios de google del día 31 de Agosto.

Y para los que tengáis cuadros de mandos… hacer la corrección en las visitas de orgánico y referral, sino tendréis un incremento en referral y un descenso en orgánico.

Ah, y recordad que podéis utilizar las anotaciones de Google Analytics para acordaros de las irregularidades.

    hola, quería saber cual es la diferencia entre Google Organic y Referal, verás se que organic es lo que procede de resultados orgánicos pero no me queda claro que es googlr referal. gracias de antemano

    el trafico organico, es todo ese trafico que viene de buscadores o de links gratuitos.

    Trafico referal es todo aquel que viene de spam o que tu incitas a meterse, hay un video que te lo explica

    the number of sreaches where the keywords are no longer displayed is relatively small but just imagine in the future, when much larger numbers of people have been persuaded to have a Google account in one form or another, how large a percentage this will be. No doubt this is why Google have introduced it now. Imagine the outcry, if they had delayed, and suddenly 50% or 60% of the sreaches were caught, which is where this is leading. As for the privacy argument? It simply doesn’t hold water. If privacy is an issue this information should not be available to anyone, adwords advertiser or on a paid basis. In any case what personal information is being given out by seeing the keyword or phrase used? There is no means of knowing who the individual was so really this is a smokescreen and not a particularly good one at that.
